Got a new heart for my Disco:
And installed pod lights to replace the nasty fluorescent light above my sink.
Pretty sure that’s not how you ground something... yikes...

With the 4.6 you’re pretty much maxed out. You can stroke it to 5.0L but that’s more work than what I want out of the engine.

Indeed! New gaskets, bearings, rings and caps are all on order. Might as well seeing as I have everything out.

Mostly stock, I’m going to replace all the bearings ect... I am aiming for better reliability over performance.

Yes, yes and definitely. Also new bearings, caps and piston rings.
